Hillsdale Sales analysis for 2003 -2009 Broker sales NJMLS Bergen County New
Jersey.  As in Most of Bergen County, Hillsdale 2009 sales volume fell 4
from high year of 2004. Average sales price from high year 0f 2006 fell 1
and median sale price of 1
7.23% from high year. However, current year unit sold
although 39.56% below high year it rose fractionally over 2007.
Hillsdale prices are losing less than many Bergen County Towns.
The statistics are indicating a good year for 2010 as the market has been
tightening up. Inventory is much lower than the past two years.
This is showing a demand building as prices moderately decline.
