Closter homes sales look to have similar sale action as most Bergen County, however it seems to have a large amount of pending homes under contract. If these sales close, the sales volume should make quite a pop. As of 4/26/2010 there are 28 pending sales on the NJMLS. As you can see, compared to the sales volume below it shows a strong pick up in sales activity.
