These two houses are in Emerald Woods. The one to the left is about 4250 sq. ft and has a 2 story foyer and great room. The one to
the right was about 5150 sq. ft. with a two story foyer with dual radius stairs and a 2 story great room and additional conservatory. Both
these homes were by Thomas Brennan architect. They were built between 1999 and 2000. I remember clearly picking the stone on the
5150 home, it was tormenting. When you build a house for someone you usually have a very special relationship for about a year or
so. I remember all my clients. Each believe it or not is different as fingerprints. You can never categorize clients. The client whom
bought the home on the left amazed me. He did all his selection in one day! Each selection for cabinets, tile, tops, roof ,stone etc.
